Glen Orris, Q.C. has practised in the area of criminal law for over 40 years. He has acted as defence counsel for a number of high profile cases, and appeared in all levels of court across Canada. He earned his law degree at the University of Manitoba, and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1973. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in January 1988.

He is past President of the Vancouver Bar Association, a former member of the Canadian Bar Association Executive, a lecturer from the Continuing Legal Education Society in Advocacy, and a discussion leader for the Inns of Court Project, created by a former Chief Justice of British Columbia. 





Faisal is an associate at Orris Law. He obtained a Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia and was called to the B.C. bar in 2019. In law school, Faisal was part of the Law Student's Legal Advice Program (LSLAP) and the Legal Education Outreach program (LEO). He was the recipient of the Allard Law International Tuition Award, the Isaac and Chaika Chernov Scholarship,  Ecumenical Research Scholarship, David and Blanche Gwynne-Vaughan Memorial Scholarship, and the Faculty of Arts Graduate Award. 





Olga Schwartzkopf has worked at Orris Law for over 35 years as a paralegal and research assistant to Glen Orris. Olga brings a myriad of experience to the firm, particularly in Forensic Sciences, and continues to provide clients with unprecedented support in their legal matters. She is responsible for screening all Articling applications, and mentoring articling students passing through Orris Law. Olga holds a Degree in Agricultural Sciences from the University of British Columbia. 

Outside of Orris Law, Olga holds a position with the Advisory Board of the Burns Bog Conservation Society and the Board of the Rivershed Society of British Columbia.
